Defiance Hall can seat 150+ people. 

Our tasting room, Defiance Hall, can accommodate over 250 people with our outdoor wraparound terrace and creek-side seating.

Defiance Hall is named after Mount Defiance, an 840-foot-high hill on which the British Army wheeled cannons to the top during the Siege of Fort Ticonderoga in 1777. Fort Ticonderoga acquired the site in 2019 and now offers hiking trails and picnic tables with beautiful views of the fort and Lake Champlain.
