The Loft at War Cannon Spirits is a 3,500-square-foot venue available for private events, ideal for small, intimate gatherings or large celebrations with up to 150 guests.

A full venue shutdown option is available, providing complete access to Defiance Hall, The Loft, our outdoor terrace, and the creek-side setting.

  • The Loft at War Cannon Spirits is a private 3,500-square-foot space for hire. It comfortably hosts small engagements or significant events for up to 150 people.

     The Loft has a full bar, private washroom, several table and seating options, a projector, and a 24’ platform stage with a complete sound system to accommodate bands and DJs.

    We provide in-house catering with optional third-party services available.

  • Our tasting room, Defiance Hall, can accommodate over 250 people with our outdoor wraparound terrace and creek-side seating. 

  • An entire venue takeover, including Defiance Hall, creek-side terrace, and outdoor grounds, can accommodate over 400 people. Please inquire for additional details.
